This process can make a tremendous difference in the success of a project. I received a design inquiry recently from someone whose home was under construction. After construction on their home had begun, panic set in because things that didn’t seem to be a problem when the floor plan was on paper suddenly became glaringly apparent on the construction site. Though I was desperate to help them, their project had progressed too far to provide a quick fix.

THE WHY
Includes a two-hour review plus red-line and one-hour video conferencing session to identify problem areas in your floor plans or blueprints before you begin the construction phase. We’ll review your plans together, answer any questions you have, and I will use my space planning expertise to point out any challenges I see and potential ways to overcome them. You will receive revised plans and peace of mind that your project will end in success. This is a stand-alone service, but one that can be benefitted from and repeated at almost any stage of the design process.
